At King of Domes, we strive to make your ordering experience smooth, transparent, and reliable. This Order Policy outlines how we handle orders, payments, production, delivery, and returns.
Orders can be placed directly through our staff by calling 1-800-991-9973 or filling out our contact form for a finalized invoice with delivery cost.
Confirming details such as dome model, size, materials, color, quantity and any customization options.
A written quotation or invoice will be provided for your approval before proceeding.
Your order is considered confirmed once the initial payment or deposit is received.
No production or shipment will begin until confirmation and payment are completed.
You will receive an official confirmation email with your order number, estimated delivery time, and project details.
A deposit (usually 30-50%) is required to start production depending the size / quantity.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods depending on the shipping time required. (Inspection of goods before final payment is acceptable). Pics/vids also will be provided.
All prices are listed in USD currency.
4. Production and Lead Time
Typical production time ranges from 5 days – 12 days after confirmation.
We offer worldwide shipping, Contact us with your shipping location to confirm cost. Because these are unique large unobstructed view panels the large crates that ship them can be 12cbm size up to 15ft long. (Usually $2000-3500 USD depending size and quantity). Can be cheaper $1500 near depending location and if we have stock already or planned soon. (ALSO NOTE the cost to ship several is near the same as shipping one).
Delivery charges will be calculated based on location and dome size / quantity.
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number or delivery schedule.
King of Domes is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or third-party carriers.
Careful thought and planning go into each custom order and confirmation with buyer beforehand.
Therefore NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed.
We take great care to ensure your dome arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
Eligible returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Once production begins, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
All custom-designed domes are made specifically to your requirements.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
